They got plenty of storage in the receptionist was quite helpful when it came to get my free lock that was offered online for taking a reservation and paying for it online as well as explaining how to get around the facilities.
So far, my experience has sucked!!!! I haven't been able to us my gate code to get in. Then customer service was gave me 6 different temporary codes to use and they didn't work either. I go back the next day and my gate code still wasn't working. Finally, a temporary code works. I haven't been back to try my code because it's a lot of wasted time and money going back an forth and nothings working.
Things seem to b running smoother than last year. My only complaint is that every 2-3 months i receive an email informing me my rates are going up $10, for 'rising cost of employees'. THERE'S 1 EMPLOYEE! Rate has gone from $75 to $130 n about a year.
My customer service representative, Shaquille, was excellent, helpful and professional.
