Very disappointing. I registered with an online promotion for $99 per month with first 2 months free. The promotion asked when I wanted to begin my lease and I entered August 1 2024 . I completed my reservation and received both a text and email confirming. I then called to confirm my reservation and was told that yes they had my promotion reservation and that I would have August and September for free however when I arrived at the office on August 3 2024 to obtain my lock and Alger me gate code I was informed that on August first 2024 the promotions had changed and they would NOT honor my promotion. I was told that the promotion that was now available was only 30% off of I paid 3 months in advance at $116 per month. It didn’t matter that I had confirmation numbers emails and texts for the promotion I signed up for. I was very bothered by the fact that they disregarded my feelings and that they didn’t even take into consideration that the promotion they are now ignoring was in fact theirs from their website. Use caution when dealing with this company.

I rent from them now and it's like they want people to move out after a while my price just keeps climbing. Over 50 bucks in just a year.
