when i originally booked my storage i did so under the guides that i was getting the promotion for said unit which was prorated rent forget month the. the next 2 months was 50% off, i later find out they had no plans on honoring this deal and then proceeding to tell me they have to post those deals to get people in since some customers would use the deal then leave. bottom line they lied then tried to make it seem like we didn’t discuss the deal. wont be renting from them or recommending them.

Aaron is absolutely awesome!! I’m new to the area and forgot my code to get into the facility and without hesitation Aaron got it all sorted out and had me back in business in no time! Super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate him making himself available after office hours AND during the holiday season when EVERYONE is busy with other things!!
