Reddotonline storage is great. Joel is awesome I had an issue with one of the lockers I bought and he took care of it.

It was really easy to sign up to get my storage unit very painless. The only con that I thought would be nice would be maybe a map where your storage unit is located. But otherwise it was a great experience.

Wouldn’t even rate this place a star at all. Had my unit broken into who I believe was by the owner themself due to the lock still being attached when I arrived. They don’t seem to care & seem very use to this . HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE DESPERATE

Unit was broke into with insurance 2 weeks after I moved in 2 tvs stolen. Can't do anything about it if there wasn't proof of a break in lock was just cut and missing. Set up on auto pay with my credit card and for some reason they changed the locks on me probably because they put their lock on it and I didn't replace it soon enough. Its been 3 weeks. I've been out of town. Discover that after driving 50 miles to move more stuff out of there no one notified me that the locks were gonna get changed and I can't get any information on why because it's after hours. Most disappointing storage service I've had in my life do not use red dot storage.and now I've been evicted. Awaiting an email as to why.

Picked up and cleaned up a storage unit I had purchased online. Everything was very streamlined and smooth, customer service, friendly. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future!
