Unit is fine. Property management and manager is terrible. Do not follow up on requests. Gate has forgotten my pin code and have had to had it reset more than once.

This facility is abandoned and no one is on site. It is unsecure and is dirty and unsafe yet is rented by the company as if everything is fine and operating normally. The company needs to immediately secure the facility, clean it, ensure that it is operating 100% correctly across the entire property, and staff the property professionally full time and not take messages for a fictitious non existent property manager. The company should refund current renters and not rent to future renters until the property is fixed and up to standards. The county, state, and BBB should be aware of the property and company.
