The units are nice, but forget about any form of customer service. The building is unmanned and the call line sends you to a call center in India where they're only plan of action is to give you a temporary gate code and hope that fixes your issues, and when it doesn't they just hang up on you.

Please do not ever use them. I got water damage on all of my stuff and all of it was completely ruined. I had their insurance and they said they won’t help because the water damage is from snow melting.They don’t protect your stuff and won’t take responsibility for when they don’t have proper seals to prevent this.

The unit is fine. The gate was finicky at first but they were on it! Customer service is very polite.

Shaquille was awesome and friendly. Got my storage units set up quickly and efficiently.
