Entry very easy. Maneuver ability with my boat was a cinch because of the spacious aisles. Very clean facility. Customer service was very helpful and courteous.

After not using my camper parking spot for over 4 months (due to travel and camper being in repair) I returned to find my parking slot blocked by a discourteous neighbors full sized 18 wheeler truck. I contacted the office number which routed to a call center I believe in the Bahamas. I spoke to Dakota. Dakota was rude and not helpful. I asked to speak to a supervisor she refused to transfer me. She offered to transfer to other parking slots, the few she offered would not accommodate my 40 foot fifth wheel camper. Instead of attempting to contact the customer who was blocking my parking slot that I have been paying for she began to threaten me with having my camper towed if I parked my camper any place I was not approved for. (I did not say anything about illegally parking my camper). After several calls I was able to find a slot to squeeze my camper in. I called Red Dot again this morning still waiting to speak to a supervisor. I am extremely disappointed
with this place I can't understand how there is not a local person to speak with.

?DO NOT USE RED DOT STORAGE HAMMOND? Our unit was full of RAT FECES! Our washing mashing and dryer was ruined, along with our sectional couch. We even had insurance and they will not pay for our ruined stuff. They are also aware of their ?RAT INFESTATION ? They have rat traps all around the facility.

My experience with Red Dot is a delighted experience, ?????
