Good clean environment.

A little awkward at first renting a unit online but all went ok. Could have been a little bit more specific on how to access the area because there isn’t any access at the front of the building. Other than that is was easy and appears to be real nice.

The worst! The door is broken and wide open on both sides. There’s also people walking around in there who’s obviously not renting a storage unit. Door has been broke since Monday and today is Wednesday! It’s definitely not safe. Not to mention I already paid for the month and they would not refund me some of my money back. I don’t recommend this place at all its other storages a lot cheaper for the same size that is safe and secure. They only get you here because in the beginning they offer half off but it’s definitely not worth it because this month I’ve already paid the full amount and I’m definitely not getting what I paid $135 for. The customer service reps are also very rude and lack integrity.

I was able to go online and arrange for the rental of a storage unit at Red Box easily. I did not have to go into the storage company or fill out tons is paperwork. Everything was handled completely online. When I arrived at the facility, my unit was clean and ready for me. It worked out great too because I ran out of space and was able to rent another right there on the spot!!
