This place needs a new property manager. It's run down and you can't even find the unit you're looking for because of while number system here. Smh also can't get in touch with anyone.

It was nice to be able to do everything but move in online.

I can’t even give a one. I rent it online which I had no idea. The first time I go there my code doesn’t work and then there is a knife seeming bloody on the ground near the entrance. Then I followed others in. I get on the phone. Not really a clue there. So she leads me to the wrong gate. I turn around the next gate she leads me to has broken saw horses and a ripped off keypad. I would tell people be in fear going there. If your not going to do a good job and make people feel safe and secure close it down. Your part of the problem. You get one star cause I have to put something. You wasted several hours of my life. I’m the suburban socket mom. The one you want. I sure as hell won’t be there

Everything went smooth, very happy with the storage and service thus far!
