It was a nightmare. Wrong unit, changed my unit to a climate controlled as ordered. Then I had to move my belongings …. Way too far for a senior adult. All the time , I was passing available units. My body is still aching. There was not a local office, so everything had to be handles over the phone. It took three different customer service reps to help me. Rude Customer Service.
Never, never, never again will I use Red Dot Storage.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a storage facility my personal items was destroyed by rodents and mold from their urine !!
