Storage Rentals of America

I have rented from Red Dot before so now when I needed a unit again all I had to do was log on and set it up. It was very easy. I use the facility in Madisonville, LA. It is always clean and I when I rented before I would occasionally see the person charged with making sure things are doing what they are supposed to. He was very nice and helpful.

So simple, signed up online and was ready to go the first day. So convenient
2nd review, raised my price, from $65 to $93, will be moving soon, ridiculous

So DISAPPOINTED :-((( I'D GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD!
We have been clients for several years with no significant issues UNTIL TODAY.

WOW!!! THE PLACE HAS REALLY DECLINED!!!
Upon entering, I struggled with the first gate to get in, then was able to get access via the second one. While in my unit, the lights went out in that section of the warehouse. I am so fortunate I had someone with me!!!

But WORST OF ALL, WE COULDN'T GET OUT!!!!
Neither gate worked and the help line person was unable to provide a solution that worked. After about 1 1/2 hour of back and forth btw the 2 gates etc trying what the help line person instructed me to do, I finally MANUALLY FORCED OPEN one of the huge and heavy gate doors and got out!!!!

I told the help line person I was leaving and she asked me to stay and close the gate behind me. I did and tried to be understanding, but REALLY?????

BEWARE and I'D NEVER GO ALONE!!!!!

All of these places are looking like trash time for a remodel

This place is TERRIBLE!!!! The facility is always dirty. The grass overgrown. ZERO customer service. They never answer the phone and automated system doesn’t work. Never any staff on site. Facility falling apart. Save your money go elsewhere!
