Horrible! I rented a unit, have the signed contract and went to the unit only to find a lock on my unit. No staff on site to deal with this. Contacted Red Dot online and the response was we will just give you another unit, of which who knows if it has a lock on it or not. I requested to meet with the manager and i would have to wait one week for an appointment. Unacceptable and still not resolved!
