Be aware of Red Dot's billing practices BEFORE YOU AGREE TO MOVE IN. If you stay even 1 day passed your billing cycle, they will bill you for an entire month. They do NOT prorate your billing based on your move-out day. We stayed 3 days over our billing cycle and had to pay $450 (an entire month). Absolutely greedy that they do not prorate for the move out month. I would never consider using Red Dot in the future, NEVER.
Easy access people were very helpful and friendly
Customer services was helpful. Make sure to ask which building your unit is in, the code for that building, and how to get the temp lock off. I was unprepared and had to call multiple times before I even got to my unit. I was only given the code to the gate at reservation.
