This is by far the worst facility I have ever dealt with in my life. My business buys and sells abandoned units. I rented a unit from red dot to store my belongings. On three occasions the gate was shut and would not open. One time I had a customer drive two hours to buy something and we couldn’t get in and they didn’t have anyone around to let us in. They have a rat problem also. Then I called to rent an extra unit for a month and they have multiple empty units and the lady on the phone said they wasn’t available and they are clearly empty. Because they don’t have a person on site they can not handle any problems that may occur for atleast 24 hours. When you can’t get your stuff they don’t even care!! I go to a different facility every week and every single one is better than any Red Dot! USA storage 1 mile away from the Red Dot on hwy 16 in denham is way better.

They tell u the wrong gate code

I just got a unit at this place and now can’t even get into the gate to be able to get to my unit called many times to see if it’s gonna get fixed and still not fixed
