Storage Rentals of America

This was the worse storage and customer service experience of my life. We rented a covered spot and were assigned a spot number. When we moved in there were no numbers on the space so we called and were told to park where ever. We parked and came back two days later to find our trailer moved still with the lock on it and $1,000 worth of damage. We called and they told us they did not know who moved us or caused damage and there were no open spots. Three months of calling they still had no answers and were charging us the covered rate which was 3x parking price. I still have no answers on the damage and have been charged $300 more than I should have.

Horrible last 2 months. A/C has not worked for two months, still broken... not fixed, Elevator broken for 1 month, still not fixed. I have an upstairs unit (climate controlled) that is so extremely hot every time I have to go there, that I almost pass out. Can't get to my unit to move boxes, furniture, ect, because of elevator broken for a month. I will not pay my rent unless this is fixed. I have been so frustrated with all of this. Upper Management needs to take care of its customers. This is totally unfair to pay for units that you can't get to, to load heavy items, nor have air conditioning in a climate controlled unit. Very unsatisfied customer...will not pay rent until these items are taken care of ...
