I truly enjoyed my experience using this storage rental. The front desk representative Latalya went above and beyond to ensure I was able to select the proper sized storage for everything I needed to store. I have rented from other companies in the past and experienced my storage unit being broken into but with this company I did not have any issues with my unit! My items remained safe and secured and all at a great price. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable, and secure storage unit with great customer service from people who truly care about what they do and who are very knowledgeable.

I moved into a townhome close to

this facility and need a small space, 5 x 10, to store a few things as I didn’t want to go up and down my attic stairs. I stopped by and Tabitha was so nice and helpful to get me in my unit. If you don’t want to pay for insurance, bring the page of your homeowners policy to show so you won’t have to buy the insurance. The facility is nice and clean and very reasonable.

Extremely frustrated that they still had incorrect contact info on file after I had already given them updated information. As a result of not updating our info correctly, they had scheduled our unit for auction. However, Tabitha was AMAZING to work with and helped me get everything updated (again) and assured me that it was all taken care of and wouldn’t happen again. If you go, make sure you ask for Tabitha ◡̈

Everything was good. Staff was helpful. Only complaint was that it was hot in the building that was suppose to have ac and I was told the ac was suppose to be being looked at that day but I went a few days later and it’s still hot. Calling them tomorrow about this.
