Clean bit the guy renting the units is very weird and not professional

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS. HAVEN'T HAD ACCESS TO MY UNIT FOR MULTIPLE DAYS. ZERO HELP WAS OFFERED!!! I WAS HUNG UP ON AND TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO WAS TRYING TO PAY HER BILL. NONE OF THE DOORS OR THE CAMERAS WORK, MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN SAYING IN THE REVIEWS THEY'RE GOING TO FIX THEM FOR OVER A YEAR. STILL HAVEN'T.. THIS IS LITERALLY A CESSPOOL OF A OPERATION. THE MANAGERS CLEARLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THIER PATRONS OR THEIR PROPERTY. THE SERVICES OFFERED ARE NOT SERVICES THAT A RECEIVED OR PROVIDED, ITS AN OVER PRICED SCAM. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!

OH IVE BEEN CALLING AND NOT ONE PERSON OUTSIDE OF THE CALL CENTER HAS SPOKEN TO ME. THANKFULLY I WAS ABLE TO REMOVE MY BELONGINGS DUE TO YOUR LACK OF SECURITY, BECAUSE OF THE BROKEN DOOR THAT I WAS ABLE TO WALK THROUGH. AND YOURE GENERIC RESPONSE TO THE PROBLEM HELPS NOTHING. SO PLEASE PUT THE EFFORT INTO FIXING YOUR LOCATION BEFORE YOU TRY TO PULL THE WOOL OVER PEOPLE'S EYES WITH YOUR LIES AND EMPTY RESPONSES. YOUR COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!

Please read the reviews. This place is not safe. The facility states online that it is gated, climate controlled, secure and has cameras. All of this is false. There are no gates which allows anybody on foot to walk into the facility through broken doors that have been mentioned in the reviews for over a year. Units are not climate controlled. Cameras do not work. People are living in units and the place smells like urine most days.

I wish I would have read the recent reviews before coming here. My unit was broken into. This place is not secure at all

I've seen the property manager on site multiple times, which is always good, but I guess he's not much of a people person since the only time he acknowledged my presence was when he accidentally made eye contact with me as he was locking the deadbolt behind him so no one could follow him into the office. I mean... I get it, I don't like doing the 'other people' thing either. But I really hope he handles up pretty soon on that big bucket of urine in one of the open units that's been stinking up half the facility. According to one tenant, that bucket full of pee has been there for close to a year or so...perhaps he just forgot to hang the up the 'Restroom' sign?
