my experience with Red Dot Storage Auctions top notch! Jamie the young lady that assisted me was very professional and very nice. She went out of her way to help me and I appreciate her professionalism! I love being able to take care of it all online instead of searching for an office to pay for the unit. I look forward to working with Jamie and Red Dot again!!

On the very first day of renting a unit, I was experiencing problems with my access code to get in the gate and spoke with a gentleman on the next day, who was very courteous and assisted me in gaining access by assigning me a temporary code because he claims several people are having issues. Today is 06/07/2023, I received a text notifying me that my access code had reverted back to the original code however when I tried accessing today it did not work. Now I’m sitting out front after driving 25 miles to put items in garage and can’t get in. This is very upsetting to me. I wish someone would explain to me what is going on!!!!
