DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE. There is no zero star.
-storage was broken into, police report, report to storage, I have evidence that was left, and what should have been seen leaving. cameras everywhere. Claim denied. Appeal denied. Inside job obviously. And insurance scam. I was locked out, due to broken doors, the gate was stuck open on occasion. And it's filthy. Take your stuff to the dump and save your money. Anything but from RED DOT.

Shantel (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was great! I've always experienced excellent customer service at Red Dot, and today's interaction was as excellent as ever. I don't know Shantel and have never met her, so I'm not biased when I recommend you give her a raise and a commendation. Nice work!
