Rat and mouse infested - contacted Red Dot storage and they did meet me and place bait, however this property has a major rodent problem and they know about it. and now the burden of clean up is on me, but they did offer a $45 discount off of one months rent. They also raise your rent after 6 months by 16% 'because its in your contract'

When I just paid $111.00 for my storage I opened the door and the sheetrock ceiling was torn out as probably someone breaking in to the unit. You can imagine my surprise that red dot would let their units become so run down. But I have to use it as I have to put my stuff somewhere. Thank God I got the insurance!
