Storage Rentals of America

I wanted to rent a storage unit from this location and had a special rate locked in and was told that a manager would call me within a few days as I had a few questions. I never received a call and list the special rate but was told once again a manager would call me and maybe they could honor the special rate. Never received a call so I called back a third time and told them I would be leaving a negative review if I did not receive a call from management in which I did not receive a call again. After reading the reviews about a rat infestation and poor customer service I looked elsewhere and all worked out because I ended up saying quite a bit of money and found a very nice place with great customer service. I am always shocked when a business almost refuses to make a sale. I am mainly providing feedback so services can improve because I am certain someone wants this business to do better and be more profitable.

Summer was very helpful with my payment issue I had because the website was down and I couldn't make a payment online.

I’ve been trying to get my belongings out of my storage, which is on the second floor for weeks. I called corporate yesterday. They tell me the computer system says that the elevators fixed. I’ll go down there today. It’s not fixed. That’s a lie. They did cut grass and fix the gate which took three tries to get in. The elevator. Still broke has been broke for months from what I’ve heard and I need my stuff out now. I will never ever rent here again. i’m not sure where management is they’re never on property. Hardly can never get a hold of them. I just need the elevator fix. There’s a lot of companies that can fix. The stuff I have in Storage It is way too heavy to go down the stairs with. PLEASE FIX THE ELEVATOR
