Storage Rentals of America

For three years, we rented storage from a previous business at the same location and got excellent customer service. Once I-Storage took over prices went up and no one answered the phone and you couldn’t get any straight answers about any questions. The gates have been broken and billing has been confused. No prorated rent for moving out five days into a month. The price went up twice in our first year under I-storage. Once we decided to move out, I called to cancel our arrangement and was told I had to call back between seven and 10 days from the deadline that I was planning to leave. I don’t understand why they could not just record my move out date as requested, especially since I was going to be charged for the rest of that following month. (Other places pro-rate.) We will not be back and do not recommend I-storage in Livingston, Texas.

I just want to personally thank Kristy for all of her continuous hard word. Not only did she go above and beyond to make sure I had help emptying my storage unit (She actually helped me herself when she saw it was only me doing it) But she gave me the true southern meaning of hospitality. She was definitely the sunlight I needed for my rainy day. Thank you so much Kristy and iStorage staff for always being so patient and so understanding Definitely keep up the great work

Very nice people to deal with, good pricing and very clean facilities. Easy access and large driveways for unloading.
