I booked a reservation online and was told it was a 7 day reservation. I show up the next morning, after scheduling movers to pay and get my unit to be told the unit was leased to someone else. Apparently a 7 day reservation truly means a 7 day hold or lock on the price not the unit. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE OR USE CALL CENTER. Go in person. The lady inside the storage unit was very cold and unwelcoming, felt like I was bothering her walking inside to get a unit.
