Austin was absolutely amazing! He was very kind and helpful! Answered all my questions and helped me understand the whole process. I've never met such a great and down to earth property manager like Mr. Austin here. He deserves a raise and some praise from y'all!

I rented a unit for a little over a month & half of my belongings i had stored were stolen . I have been trying to obtain security camera footage & compensation but all they can say is they won’t give me footage or anything because the lock wasn’t damaged & there were no signs of forced entry . i have clear pictures / videos that my things were stolen . Over $5,000 of my things were stolen 0/10 recommended

My husband got us a storage unit when this was Red Dot. We didn't have any issues with it at that time. Then Storage Rentals of America bought out these storage units, and everything has been terrible since. First they left the gates open for weeks. Then they notified us they were opting us into their rental insurance fees and we would have to then opt ourselves out of we didn't want it. If this practice is legal, it's certainly unethical. My husband emailed telling them he didn't want the insurance. They then had the audacity to tell my husband once he was billed that they wouldn't accept an email as proof of his opting out. It has been an extreme pain to get a hold of anyone to discuss the issue, and they just keep playing pingpong with my husband, making him talk to different people. My guess is they hope he will give up and just pay their unethical forced opt-in insurance. We will definitely not be renting with them any longer once they get the billing correct for our account.
