The best storage place I’ve ever used! The customer service and greeting that the people in the office give is amazing, I love coming in just to talk and catch up! Hands down, best customer service bar none!

The sweet lady was very nice when I rented a storage space. I could not have asked for better service. However, when I received my first monthly statement, I noticed that I was charged for insurance. I called and asked that it be corrected and my account be credited. She stated that is was not possible. She finally agreed but it has been nearly 30 days and no credit so far. I will be shopping for another space if not corrected soon.

This place corrected the charge. I am fully satisfied! Great service.

Caroline and Nikki are always smiling and there to help you. I drive a little further than I have to, to store my RV at their managed site.

Honestly I wasn't expecting anybody to be nice Or even really care. Because after all, it's just a storage. But I have to say I've met 2 of the nicest people I think I've ever met in my life that run the place. Respectful, Considerate, Compassionate, Hospitable, Professional. Willing to help you anyway, they can. It's truly.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Caroline and Nikki during our time with Storage Rentals of American in Hobe Sound.These two ladies are Fantastic!! They both are always willing to lend a hand or offer their services if we need anything at all. I am also impressed at how clean and well kept the units and the grounds are. When we are in need of a storage unit again.... hands down it will be with these two ladies in Hobe Sound Florida. :)
