Rented a unit at 6pm, returned the next day at 1pm and everything had been stolen, thief’s broke our lock and replaced it with a different one, Red dot said they wouldn’t be able to have someone come out for 3 days so we had to break it open ourselves

The phone staff was so helpful. She was polite, and friendly. She took care of the situation I had with speed. Will recommend red dot to everyone i know.

Our door came off the track, the line was useless in helping. They wanted us to either leave all our items unlocked with a stuck open door for four days or immediately move all of our items. Then when I fixed the door on my own they charged me to “move back” to my initial unit. You’d think a company would have some sort of maintenance on call. Useless customer service.
