We should be able to select no stars!!! I have been trying to get a NEW storage unit at this facility and am unable to do so because you can't use the 24/7 kiosks.... I've tried online five times to not be able to 'complete' and over the phone five times only to be cut off right after all my cc info iwas put in... I've called customer service 12 times to still not have a storage unit at all.... why offer 27/7 kiosks rental if you actually don't.... time to move on... better luck to the next person.... I'm over it
