The process for leasing a unit was simple and quick. As a matter of fact, I realized partway through the process that I preferred a drive up unit and the customer service rep changed everything over right away and made the process seamless and easy. The price was right and I even get 50 percent off next month because I know someone who also uses this storage facility. I have not been to the unit yet so I only rated them a 4 since customer care experience was all I really had to rate,

Shaquille (on 3/22) and Shantal (on 3/23) were both extremely patient, kind, capable, & persistent. Very good first impression of Red Dot!

Only thing that could be better is the lock assembly is difficult to get paddle locks in.
