I had an outstanding experience with Storage Rentals of America in Dekalb! The facility is spotless, secure, and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the customer service. Amber, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain all my options. I felt very well taken care of. The rates are competitive, and I have complete peace of mind knowing my belongings are in great hands. Highly recommend this place!

My experience was very nice. The person that helped me was extremely kind and helpful. I believe her name was Cheyenne. So-far, so-good. As far as my initial experience, it went great. Once I am done renting, I will give my thoughts on my overall experience. Thank you.

The gate code was inaccurate on top of waiting a while to speak to someone about the issue. While waiting, my things were damaged by the rain.
