Office staff was extremely helpful. Lock came with unit which was a bonus for me. Unit was clean and ready for my stuff. Only reason for 4 stars is the sharp angle at the end of the lane is tough to maneuver with a 15' U-Haul. Also the dirty diaper someone kindly left in front of the unit was fairly gross.

Reserving a Storage Unit was quick and easy over the phone. The person, ( Debrah) at the Call Center had awesome customer service. I went in person today to East Moline to make a payment and set up monthly auto pay. The rep who waited on me was friendly and also had great customer service. Thank you all and I’m glad that I chose your company.
