This is the worst company ever they are in the business to take your stuff and sell at auction I feel one month and two days in next month was told I could not pay past month had to pay both or my stuff wold be in next auction I would advise not to store a used condom here much less you valuable stuff

1. I got into a unit at $100/mo, a year later it's $250/mo when getting a new unit of my size still goes for $100. This company is a scam ring. They get you in and 6 months later start jacking the price up 30% every other month.

2. Their gate only works maybe 10% of the time, it's CONSTANTLY broke. I'm paying for a company to hold my stuff hostage 90% of the time. I run a business and I've had to delay jobs multiple times because of their constantly broken gate. Now they just leave the wide open so anyone can go in there. Which leaves me to my next point..

3. People live in the units, have pets there and break into other people's units. It's a huge problem. And if something is stolen, they point blame and do not accept responsibility as if it's your fault, they offer no reimbursement even though they charge you for 'insurance'.

4. Their customer service is non-existant. If have any issues, there's literally no one to talk to. Just an automated line that serves no purpose at all except to waste your time.

I'm genuinely confused how this company is LEGALLY still in business, I wouldn't suggest this company to my worst enemy.

I reserved a unit & when I went back to rent it & pay the price was higher then reserved for. Then the unit I rented has doors on both sides the code I was given only unlocked 1 side so called customer service & they told me the code should work. It didn't! They said it would be removed within 2 days. 2 weeks later still there, month still there. A guy messed me said he would remove it tomorrow, I went by there 2 weeks later still on there. I rented in January its May & i had to call in again to find out why the locks have not been removed? I told them ii was not paying my bill until removed & I deserve a discount for my inconvenience. I was told no discount & now am locked out of my unit for not paying. SMH!! They can go & put more locks on my unit but not remove it?? Also the gate has been broken & wide open for couple months. Online it says 24 hours it's not!
