Horrible experience... Bought and paid for a unit .. then gate code wouldn't even let us is .. called customer service and someone in India answers and is no help .. called ar 650 pm they closed at 7 so they just hung up on us and said they were closed... Still don't have access to the unit that I paid for and gate code don't work.

Horrible service ? someone robbed my storage unit and it seems like all their security methods/measures & my unit insurance was for nothing! A waist of money & time. I'll be glad to see them close down...
