The rate increases was very pricey. In 10 months of me renting a small space my price grew 2x times. I would say overall it has been the most expensive storage unit. Customer service was average nothing to special that I would do business again with company.

They raise their prices at least twice a year. I recommend going somewhere else.

Capria was VERY helpful. She answered my questions to the best of her abilities, considering I had questions that probably should have been addressed by management.

Terrible customer service, constantly raising rates (3 times in less than 3 years), not a single trash can in sight, there is a dumpster but it's locked up, very dirty, and the website never works. It took weeks to pay a bill at one point in time. This company came in and bought out Istorage and it's gone down hill ever since. If it's the same people that's an absolute shame they let it get this bad. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
