If I could give zero star I would. We called and reserved an outdoor space on the Johnson Street, Elkhart location. when we got there an old junky station wagon was in our space. after several attempts to contact someone, we finally connected with someone who had no idea why this car was still in the space. they claimed it was supposed to be towed away months ago. the rep gave us a different assigned space. For 2 months we went back and forth to check on our camper and that junky station wagon was still there in that space. when we came back at the end of October to remove our camper, we discovered someone stole the battery ($300 value). We were shocked. We called the storage unit number and were told there was nothing they could do and we should get a police report. We called the police, filed a report and removed our camper. This place is NOT secure. there is no barrier preventing people from climbing the short fence. The gate opens and remains open for several minutes-we have had other cars follow us in without entering a code. We will not use this facility in the future and recommend you find another facility that has more security.
