Got locked inside on a Saturday night. Called every phone number possible no help. No answer from security number. Had to call the police to get out.

Staff was great.

Customer service rep put in the wrong reservation date so on moving day when I went to secure and pay for the unit the reservation had been canceled per the office. Now I've got a moving truck and helpers and no storage unit, oh wait they said 'we do still have one 1 unit left that size but the price is 91dollars instead of the 69 dollars as quoted earlier' (pretty sure thats the unit I reserved 6 days ago)
The man on the phone was snickering and seemed to take pleasure in the fact that he had me in a corner and didn't need to provide good customer service or make any attempts to correct the issue created by his untrained staff. Never ever have I had such a negative experience and I would never ever recommend sroa to anyone who values truth, honestly and their hard earned money.
