Absolutely disrespectful. Moved out of my unit and let them know. Still trying to charge me for two months after i moved out and tried to place a lien fee on my account. Multiple calls made bc i kept getting alerts after i told them i moved out. They were rude when i told them yet again i had already vacated the unit. They told me that even if i moved out if someone had put things in there and placed a lock on it i would be charged regardless.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will be taking them to court if they continue to try and charge me for a unit i already vacated and notified them of the fact.

I called for a simple update of my autopay billing information and was met with professional kindness. Christi was very helpful in correcting other discrepancies on my account. Also, she was quick to see what needed to be done to assist me with my account. I have rented several units there since the 1990's & now down to one. Being in CA, I can't just drop in, so Christi is my connection. I appreciate the peace of mind I experience knowing that my items are safe, and my account is well watched over. Christi would be a good trainer, or example of how a manager should conduct business.

This place really helped me out on a good price and was very helpful.

Easy to access and lots of lighting which is nice. The company was accommodating with ordering online and had the lock available upon arrival. Happy to have found them and happy with the price of the unit. The only thing I would have liked was to be able to have 24 hour access which the site I visited said they had but when getting there the gate said access is only from 6am-10pm so was a little upset about that but everything else was great.

The agents were helpful and accommodating to my storage needs. The unit's were clean with good access.
