I've been with SROA for a long time and I'm happy my belongings are safe and in a good place.

Very hard when there is no one at the facility when it says they are to be there. Than I was told the unit # I am paying for and after driving thru the facility several times I still have not found my unit. Very frustrating!!

See Update as of 2024: Horrendously high and unreasonable prices for the size unit you're renting. They have changed hands and owners multiple times in the past 5 years. The newest management as of maybe one year ago. Raised rates even more and all facilities are not staffed now as they used to be. I would give this storage facility 1 star now. As a matter of fact, we recently moved and I emptied out my storage unit. The gate that is normally down and you have to have a code to get into the storage units was wide open. Yeah, their security is pretty much non-existent. They will tell you they have someone walk through each of their storage facilities once a day, but I've been there at all different times and haven't seen anyone once. And then with the security gate wide open the evening I moved everything out, don't let them fool you. We plan on moving our belongings to another storage facility asap; the price we pay for a tiny storage unit now is ridiculous. Now that no one staffs it, who knows what happens from day to day. Terrible experience...Had all sorts of issues with the main office and their accounting practices are terrible. No one really knows what is going on in their office. Do not rent from them. Prices are too much and office staff doesn't know what is going on. Before moving to this storage facility, we rented a garage size storage unit in North Webster Indiana, and paid $60/month. Here we rented a tiny maybe 5x10, and we were paying $113/month!!
