Raised cost several times in under a year. My units contents were completely ruined and filled with rodents, bugs and mildew (was supposed to be climate controlled and definitely is not) ruined a brand new 600$ tv hundreds of dollars of clothing, furniture and other items. Gate wide open at all times and broken so zero security. They also charge for insurance on the unit and yet do nothing when items are destroyed that were under their insurance.

Thank you Emily for your help once again! I lost my keys to one of my units and she helped me calm myself down enough to find them. She is super helpful! Goes out of her way to help her customers. Place is very clean also.

I’ve had units off and on over several years. Units are always clean. Emily in the office is so helpful and knows the business. She’s professional but friendly.
