This facility has gone waaaay downhill. No longer do they have a 24/7 Customer Service line available to customers in crisis, their hours are Monday thru Friday between the hours of:
When They Feel Like It
Closed Saturday and Sunday
The after hours call center will take your call and can’t do shit about it. You will Not be getting any resolution from any after-hours representative.
Matter of fact, you will not be getting any kind of resolution from any business hours staff either, they are never on site during listed times. You may try to resolve your payment tender issue, but it won’t be fixed.
You may expect your storage to be secure and belongings to be safely tucked into your designated unit, but they are NOT SAFE! I was just robbed, my unit door was rolled ALL THE WAY UP, my heavy duty lock was cut off and laying beside where it should have been locked, half my belongings were stolen. No one was at the office DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS to even report this to! The people who answered the phone lines claim they were from corporate but could not direct me in any helpful way, nor could they deliver resolution. Their offering was to create a ticket, but suggest I file a police report with no further instructions after that. I am BEYOND disgusted with this entire company’s management team as well as the on-site facility manager, if there even is one. I will be filling a police report and be taking this issue up with small claims court for my stolen property reimbursement. Ratchet and unprofessional would be the proper description to this place.

This is a review of when it was still Red Dot Storage, They have been procured by SROA now and it is NOT the same in any way, shape, or form.
Pro: They are contactless so that is convenient.
Con: there are NO moving carts as most storages provide. They have designated areas for where the carts go ….and yet zero carts. (Makes no sense.) Also they do not have a trash bin on site, nor do they have a dumpster. So long as no one throws their trash on the ground, then it’s good. I don’t for see this happening though. So it’s super inconvenient in that way.
