The customer service at the Dryden location is awesome. Sonia goes above and beyond to help when needed. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and attentive. I would give less stars for the climate control units due to moisture throughout the building and climate control that is not to my liking. However, I have had nothing but great service & they have worked hard to give me advice on units that has helped to save me money. Therefore, they get 5 stars for being the best storage facility that I have experienced/seen. I have had a few bad experiences from other storage companies in the past. At SROA, I have had up to 3 large units for 10 months, & I do recommend their location & business.
