Good company,great staff easy to work with,detail oriented and personable. Highly recommend this company.

Very clean units, location seems secure. However I do not see any cameras and this is not a gated storage facility which is why I assumed the monthly price after the promotion is generally higher than surrounding units. But I'm happy with what I've been provided.

I am very pleased with the service I receive from Storage Rentals of America. I called them with a request and they replied with a prompt and professional response.

Not too happy! Ended up getting moved out of my unit as an error by the property manager. Talked to her once and took me 2 weeks to finally reach her again, and now she won't respond at all. I'm going elsewhere!

They have been very accommodating. Had some reservations fall off and so I took a different locker than I had wanted but another one bigger and less money became available and they switched me with zero hassle and didn't stress about my needing to move immediately to the new locker; since I had just moved and organized the old one I Really appreciated the extra time to get things moved.
