Today is June 3, 2022. I just had a wonderful telephone conversation with RO- about confirming the end of my rental agreement to be on June 30, 2022 and not on July 31, 2022 as originally planned. RO did a fantastic job in handling this change and I compliment her on her excellent customer service skills. What really made my day is when she addressed me by 'Mr. Doug' which showed her high respect for me. It reminded me of a few years back when I was working in Arkansas south of Little Rock when my employees call me by that name!! Anyway, RO should be honored and recognized as a very valuable employee to your organization. Blessings!!

Today is March 18, 2022. I was totally impressed with Eric Cox this morning when I met him at my storage unit. The sliding bar on the locking mechanism was not working properly and was in that condition when we rented it last month. Eric went ahead and replaced it with a new one. Eric is outstanding in customer service and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are totally satisfied before he leaves the job site. Eric is an excellent employee & asset to your organization and these people are very hard to find today. Be sure to treat him extremely well. Thank you!!

Had my storage unit with KO Storage Company since 2017. Not one issue whatsoever. Easy to communicate with, well lit area with easy access and lower prices compared to other storage unit companies in the local area. Moved out recently due to purchasing a home. Process from start to finish was made flawless and easy. KO Storage employee Eric Cox was instrumental with his thoughtfulness and helping me during my time as a customer. His knowledge and communication with me was tremendous. Highly recommend this business to others needing storage.

Bad experience. We couldn't get in our unit because they didn't take their lock off our unit.
