They call and call and call and harass and text and email and harass for being late on your payment that's under a month late! I tell them every month I can't pay until the 30th yet they continue to harass and lie. They say that you cannot access your unit after a certain day because you're late it's a lie. According to the Minnesota statue they have to send a certified letter to you with a 14 day notice and even then they cannot deny you access. They sure are pressed for 70$ every month. They violate the law and intimidate you. DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY LIE TO INTIMIDATE YOU!! Update to answer.... when you are told by mail and email not to contact me you're breaking the law so no you do not need to send reminders they are not required by law and no one ever ever ever answers at the facility you are always redirected to your call center and the manager she is the worst of all!!! She's lied and continued to send emails! This is exactly what I'm talking about they don't care about the law!!! Nice generic answer but no you didn't solve a thing
We are new customers to this place and the second day we hauled a load there, a Saturday, the keypad was dead! We tried all day to get through to someone and finally were able to leave a message.
We assumed it would be fixed Sunday morning, so drove with our load, half an hour again, and the keypad is still dead!!!!
Our daughters need to have all their belongings out of their house by the end of today!! My husband talked to someone in customer service and she said there isn’t a thing they can do until Monday morning! That is absolutely unacceptable!!
He called again and spoke with Bree, who was much more helpful and tried to help, but all she seems to be able to do is after refund. This is ridiculous, that does not solve our issue…..even if we found another storage unit, we couldn’t get our stuff OUT!!!!!!!
Just call an electrician and pay him to go fix it!!!!!!!!!!
Monday, 8 July…Absolutely astounding that we still can get no answers about the gate actually working! Call back at 9:30, that’s all they can say! Customers really do not mean anything to this company!
