My costumer service experience was excellent. I had a phone call in minutes of emailing SROA of my issues and resolved promptly. The people are were friendly and seemed eager to help.

Goodluck getting stuck on the snow during the winter!

I have called and emailed for months. No response and nothing has been fixed! Site has continued to go downhill since KO purchased. SROA is just as bad maybe worse. Security issues and snow removal remains worthy of a -⭐️!

KO Storage had Reasonable rates, and a reasonably secure facility.

2023 Edit: Price raised a lot when they bought out the previous owners. I called their Customer Service 3 times in Jan 2023, and 4th call Feb 2023. January calls were to notify them of vacating storage unit 03/04/2023. Had to pay full month of March. It should've been prorated IMHO.
The gate was stuck open with ice. Not very secure. Couldn't open the door. Had to chip out over an inch of Ice to get door opened. When I retrieved my items they were frozen.
Edit May, 2024. I am in on-going communication with the New Property manager of this facility. They have sent all information requested, and are working with me to resolve damages to my property, with the insurance I paid while utilizing this storage facility. Edit 05/29/24 The claim was denied. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, OR THEIR INSURANCE PROVIDER.
