Great and friendly people got the job done effectively and fast !!!

The people are nice but don't do business with them. My wife and I were renting from Red Dot prior to SROA buying the location, and we loved their service. This location under SROA management has gone really bad they never close the gate, and I've seen multiple units doors busted in. My unit had a hole busted into it from the outside, and Nutra Rat got in and destroyed my $280 Pull out couch. Cameras are security, but that can only go so far. That's why the gate needs to be closed. I called twice, telling them the gate is open, so it's their own choice to keep it open. Also, if you want to risk getting bit by Black Widows, Brown Widows, or Brown Recluses be my guest because I found multiple and 2 hatched sack of their eggs in my unit. If you like living life on the edge paying $90 for your stuff to be destroyed and chance getting bit by the 3 deadliest spiders in the state, then this is where you want to go.
