We went to rent a storage unit and the gentleman behind the counter was so nice and friendly. He even made my grandson feel like he belonged. He explained everything very well to the point he answered all my questions before I could even ask.

Very very helpful , went above and beyond to help us . Thank you again .

Awesome place very clean and convenient

Tony was very helpful in describing how their service works, the hours, policies, and helping me get into my very nice unit that was quite easy to back a 10' box truck into.
Pros:
-Helpful
-Friendly
-Quality
-The only easy part of our long distance move

Cons: Although there are visible pest/animal deterrents some of our belongings were chewed/defacated/urinated on by rodents (my suspicion is mice) there was a large shed snake skin in our unit. And there were a lot of spiders, and webs on our belongings.

The guys who work at the place are phenomenal, and if they can get the units a bit more secured from wildlife they would be the total package.
