When I arrived at my storage unit on December 19, the lights in the building were not working and I couldn't see anything. I called the office to complain and at first whoever answered wasn't very helpful, just said parts had been ordered. I thought I wouldn't be able to access my unit or sort through belongings unless I could find a flashlight or go buy a lantern. But then a maintenance guy showed up and was able to get the lights back on within a few minutes.

Rate hikes multiple occasions. Originally had 2 units and move out was prorated. New ownership says they don’t do that, so even though weekend feel on 2nd of month and I’m moved out, I was still billed whole month. Not good for customer service or recommendations.
