I recently had the pleasure of working with Erin to get into a couple of units at SROA in Port Arthur, TX. I have had nothing but amazing experiences throughout the process of getting into this storage unit. Even when I encountered a few hiccups along the way on my side of things, Erin had no issues working with me. She was great at communicating and was more than happy to hold the unit for me while I handled all of the details on my end. I HIGHLY recommend this storage unit facility to anyone in the market for a storage.
