This company should be called price gouge storage instead. Since they took over for the previous owners, Omni, they have not only let the place go to the dumps, they have also steadily increased the price of rentals and by a significant margin with absolutely nothing to show for it because the place is literally falling apart, and you can never get any help. When Red Dot took over in 2016 it was right around $135 for a 10 x 10 unit. We’re up to $203 in Feb 2024 and we just got notice that they’re going up another $39. Perhaps if they kept their facility clean and operating properly folks wouldn’t mind, but the place is literally a dump. We’re moving…
