This company is HORRIBLE!!!! They delivered my stuff to the wrong dorm room and confirmed they made a mistake. Then they totally ghosted me. I called and emailed multiple times a day for about a week until another student moved in to the dorm that had my stuff and found my items. I had to get an RA to help me move things in a dolly across campus because the university refused to intervene in the situation after I told them I couldn’t get in contact with them. My family and I had to contact the better business bureau to get our money back. I never heard from them again after the incident, until they called me 6 months later trying to rectify the situation after I filed a complaint with the housing director of our university. On top of that, they broke multiple items of mine! SAVE YOUR MONEY. DON’T FALL FOR THIS SCAM. They prey on students and families by portraying themselves as a reputable service, yet will take no accountability when things go wrong. (Only giving them 1 star because 0 isn’t possible)
